Okay i am just getting into this dating thing. It is nothing like when i was younger, the guys seem to just want to be my friend. None of them ask me out, like on a date! Is there something wrong with me that i am just not seeing. I think i am nice and i mind my manners. I mean i like to laugh, and i think i have a good personality. Or am i just jumping the gun here!! I need some advice!

 Are you comfortable asking them out for a non threatening coffee, one late afternoon, or one morning? Some men are not sure of the 'rules of engagement' either anymore... so I make them up, according to my feelings and the person I would like to know better. I'm not scared of the word 'no', so I just barrel in and ask...and surprisingly most men have said 'ok.

Thanks- i just wanted to make sure i am not missing something here- you know when i was younger guys asked me out all the time and this is all new to me, so i thought i would be the same as back then, it's nothing like it was. I thought something was wrong!!

I don't know, I've done plenty of asking if I was interested. It seems to work. Go for it, the worst thing that will happen is that they'll say no and you're no worse off than you were before.

I was spose to be in Texas 2 months ago but couldnt get off work so i sent my kids down for 2 weeks. Now that I got laid off I cant afford to go lol.

my sister just moved from houston to San Antonio a few months ago. Shes lived there forever and Ive never been there lol. I just keep letting my boys go down
