Topic: cake or pie.?

which do you prefer.. .. my now, 11 year old just asked me this question... what do you prefer cake or pie.. if you! could only eat one all the time...hmm... I thought it would be easy, to answer... but when I started thinking on how many cakes there are... and how many different varieties.. of pies there are.... . it became a very hard question to answer...... so if you could only eat either cake or pie... which one would you choose... and while we're at it what is your favorite cake or pie....

That is a tuff choice... ...so I will go with Boston cream pie...that way I can have my cake and eat it too...lol

That was mean cause now the though of butter milk pie or vinegar pie have a very naughty meaning.

Cake! They make claims that Pie is the True Way... and yet, we celebrate all the most important days of our lives with cake. Wedding cake. Birthday cake. Retirement-party cake. If that's where this thread is going, then I'd have to say my favorite kind of pie is American Pie.

I am going to go with cakes since I can have them filled with fruits.. I can make them a bit flakey so I can get the crust I want for example in a cheesecake.. I can get all the frostings . Pick one just one.. so not going to happen... I love them all....
