Here’s something to ponder as you read through and post in the various forum topics…
I see new comers and people with many post that complains or rants about
Not getting emails, friends or what ever.

First off negative response gets you negative results.

Now I’ve learned early on in life that if you smile at someone you get a smile back 9 out 10 and the 1 that doesn’t prolly having a bad hair day.
Don’t expect to get a positive response every time and when you get a negative or no response don’t let that discourage you.
Ever notice how happy people seem to have all the friends?
Be yourself and get in the fun of everything you do.
The more friends you have the better you fell about yourself so get out there and make friends.

Get a conversation going it doesn’t matter what the subject is, someone will find a way to have fun with it.

I’m new here myself and I can tell from experience that there are some really great people here.

Have fun and enjoy yourself and give everyone a chance, you never know what might happen or who you might meet…

Good morning pjmaxx -- I'm new to all of this. But I know enough through experience that you have to meet people half way whether in a face to face or through these e-mails. If you want people to get to know you, you've got to jump in and join them. It's really all about having fun and making connections.

totally agree with the OP, I am a positive person and get on with almost everyone i meet :-)

I agree that the more positive you are, you'll attract more positve people. Positive people are happier people. I belong to another site, that has a forum and I'll tell ya the whining and negativity about everything, began to really bug me. Don't get me wrong, there is a time for concern, but in a public forum keep it down! I've heard it said, that if you can't be nice say nothing, or least be tactful.

Always try to make someone and , for it not just helps them it helps me...

pjmaxx - i love a southern man. Look how many friends you've made already being positive

I try Twitch. I'm happy that everyone has added more comments on this subject I hope that We as a team can change the outlook for someone that feels a little out of place(even if its just 1 person then WE succeeded).

Keep the comments and advice coming....I hope this thread gets alot of veiws

most people are as happy or as positive as they make their minds up to be. so just decide to be positive and you are 90% of the way there!

pj -- even if you're having a bad moment -- there's always someone on here whose having a worst moment and by helping that other person it changes it your whole perspective

I'm the kinda person if I'm having a bad moment I'll step back to myself and think it through then come back twice as strong.

I think thats where people go wrong they just let every little thing get them down instead of working the problem out..
