It was a comment that Bertrand Russell, made about that if he said that a teapot orbited the sun, between the Earth and Mars, nobody could disprove him, on the grounds that it's nonsensical to expect others to believe him. It's usually used to discuss the existence of god.

What's fearsome about these images is that the vista we're looking at couldn't be made in real-time because, technically, the computer generated view would be faster than the speed of light.
