I get notification or banner and when I go to check my inbox nothing new is there. I was sure I got msgs bc I was able to read the 1st line and as I went in to check inbox I don't see anything. This has happened to the last 6 msgs so far.

Hi guys,
We apologize we are looking into a fix for this. They may have been backed up alerts from earlier this week. The notification system was down for a few days and we reactivated it today. If you guys are still seeing this a few hours from now please post here. Thank you and sorry again! |

Yes we are getting the notification which isn't the problem. It's when we go to check the inbox we don't see the new msg

So basically I'm getting msgs and can't see them which means I can't reply back

This also happens me, I'm using iPhone 5c. It shows I have mail but when I go to inbox nothing is there! In order to get my mail I have to log out and log back in again everytime which is very annoying!

At least you can get it by logging off and on. I just tried that and still nothing....smh this is frustrating and I still haven't got an update on what they're doing about it!

Ok Charles thanks for looking in to it. Will I be able to see the msgs that were sent to me that I lost in the past week? Any idea when this will be fixed? Is there anything I can do from my end?

You can't do anything to speed it along but you should not be missing any messages. That noted, are you using the app?

Just needed to be sure. You did not miss any messages, fortunately. The issue was that the mail notifications that you were getting had been backlogged. This is what badbunny was getting at above.

I'm having the issue below right now iPhone 4......is there a way to have an inbox and our box as I responded to an email that I sent someone who has not responded yet lol

And my inbox always displays that I have one new message when I've read all of them. |
