Topic: Choosing... | |

Not everyone can be lucky in love.
Which would you choose? Be with the one you love, or go to the one who loves you? At this point in my life, I'd more likely choose the latter... |

I would have to go with the one I love...I have a couple guy friends here that believe they "love" me and treat me like a goddess...but I just don't have any desire to be with either of them...we hang out all the time and they accept the fact that we will never be more than friends...but I could never be happy if I didn't love him...and I don't think the sex would be very satisfying...hmmmm

If those were my only two choices..I'd rather be single. . In my opinion be with someone I dont love or someone who doesn't love me are both recipes of disaster and heartbreak..

Some people end a good relationship because one of them fell out of love... Or went in search for someone else to love because of the lack of "spark"... I guess it's a risk to take if they're willing |

there is no luck.
wise insight create blissful good. unwise insight create unblissful bad. equal love, equal dedication, equal values, equal total freedom, equal validity unto words, equal brains and body value, equal value unto the wants of two, or I take 0. |

I've had both at different points in my life. Not just romantic love, just love, per se. The one thing I learned is... Love is not what I thought it was.
Can't be alone forever, right? |

Not everyone can be lucky in love. Which would you choose? Be with the one you love, or go to the one who loves you? At this point in my life, I'd more likely choose the latter... Such a tough question and right in the morning when I still dont have my eyes fully open I cant really say what I would choose. But if I would wait for equal portion of love from the both sides, I would stop with my love life 18 years ago. Its always that one loves more. And was in both positions. Im a giver, not taker, its more natural for me to love then to be loved. But it would also depend on the other person - how he behaves toward me. Being with someone who loves me - it might be perfect, if I wouldnt feel guilt that I cant respond to his love as he would deserve. And once again giver in me wouldnt let me to just enjoy taking. One can be the worst enemy to oneself, cant he? |

Keep this thought in mind : what you think at the moment is what you want is not always what you need or what is best for you . There are more than just one human that is the perfect mate for you , you have to find them . If you love someone and they do not love you , is that really better than being alone? And if someone truly loves you and you do not love them , have you really taken an in depth look at them to know there will never be a chance of you feeling the same way? And there are other options if you will give yourself the time and patience to seek them out . Don't swandive into the quicksand and find out the hard way you just made a boo-boo.

And if someone truly loves you and you do not love them , have you really taken an in depth look at them to know there will never be a chance of you feeling the same way? Exactly, you can learn to love some one, when they have indeed shown you what it is to love. But it's very hard to make someone else love you. |
