I like using my muffin tins to make eggs, better than egg mc. Fry onions, bacon, mushrooms, now scramble eggs, cheese, I Am a cheddar guy,grease pan add the ingredients U like oven 350 for 45 minutes. Food on the go , I eat any time of day nice to have food!

I do mine the same way! You can even eat them cold, or on the run. My fave innards are pepperoni, green onion, green chilis, lots of cheese :-)
