Thank you. I was talking about men private messaging me. I have blocked several people already because they have lied on their profiles about who they are. I have had a few want to "hook up". Its hard weeding out the fruitcakes from the sincere ones.

Sorry you have to deal with this, some men get all piggish behind a computer screen. I tend to get women from Ghana, Nigeria or The Phillipines. They love you in an hour then want you to fly them to the states lol.

Sorry that you're having problems, but, unfortunately, they exist both ways. I have messaged women and when they reply, they try to send me to known scammer websites.

Other women tell me that they are in some foreign country (their listing shows them to be near my location, here in New England, either New Hampshire, Massachusetts or close by) then give me some sob story about how they are stuck there and need help to come back to the US, but they would be happy to fly right into my arms if I help them. One went so far as saying that she bought an airplane ticket but was $50 short. She sent me a picture of the ticket (I googled it and came up with the same picture but a different name stating that it was a scam)!

So, everyone has to beware. I always suggest that for a first meeting, we meet somewhere very public. So far I have only met 2 people from this website. Unfortunately neither was a fit so I have moved on.

I would say that a good 70 to 80% (maybe higher) of the profiles here are incorrect.
