I just ate lunch, and all this talk of food has made me want more!!!
Everything sounds great except the seafood, I have never liked seafood, but then again, i'm from the midwest, so, maybe I've just never had any of the really good stuff! |

Yes ....
vegetable soup....homemade from the garden ... with fresh herbs..too.. try a little cayenne pepper... and step up your Vitamin c... but, vitamin C is water soluable... I do not like the time released 500 or 1000 mg.. VitaminC tablets... too hard for your system to assimilate... so you want to take 100 mg... either lnatural iquid or chewable ... for fastest results ... at least every hour to replenish your supply.. Vitamin B is also water soluable.... Lower dosage more often of water soluable vitamins ... Vitamins A, D AND E are oil soluable.... and there are more. And of course...echinacea & golden seal are good for colds and cold prevention... Cayenne Pepper with the highest level of capsasin (sp?) another word for ...HEAT.....caliente! It is the very best herb or spice.. whatever its' category is... I did a search about it in google, cause I heard so many incredible things... and sure enough.... Cayenne pepper is the Motha' & Fatha' combined... of all the beneficial herbs for us...Look it up.. I may just enter it as a new topic... But, it is extremely good for circulation... To cleanse the blood , and so many other things... I hardly ever take over the counter crap for colds and flus.. I basically let nature take its course & drink lots of juices, so my system will get rid of the toxins and rehydrate itself... Take a break from food so the energy can go to healing instead of digesting food. So, just a few thoughts on kicking the flu or a nasty cold... |
