.. like ever.... have you ever had a conversation with someone.. and ran out of things to say.....
. do you take that as your cue.... too end.. talking to them...
are do you just sit there.. searching for new topics.... or do you just sit there, enjoying the silence...?.. waiting for them to break the silence....

it all depends on the person. some people are just as comfortable with silence. im one of those people who can enjoy silence or talking.
there are times when you don't need to fill silence and words are not necessary.

I'll speak up, depends who it is, some times we'll just sit there enjoying the silence, other times, yeah that's my cue to leave and I take it.

Well....you do have a lot to say! And if you are the one doing all the talking, then definitely you will run out of steam and out of topics to talk about!

Talking is a two way traffic....same thing with chatlines! If one does more than the other, there will be no interaction and it becomes meaningless. That is the time to stop.....some of my exchange of mails with certain people did just slowly dwindle to saying just 'hi' 'hello' and that's about all!

But then again, when you click with someone....time flies, 1 hour of chat became 2 hours, and then even 3 hours. It is incredible when you find someone with the same wavelength....rare indeed! I'm going to treasure that friend!

Nope; I never run out of new topics to talk about. I think that is partially because I am always trying to learn new things. I will give the person a chance to break the silence but if not; then I will.
