This sore back thing sucks! My mum had sciatica nerve trouble for years, so seeing the pain she used to be in, gives me an idea how you're feeling?

This is nothing like sciatica, much less pain. I do occasionally have problems with that its a sharp pain. I essentially have really tight back muscles from the fall and occasionally little sharp pains when turn wrong way.

Yay! No more dr appt and no more PT. Still sore but glad no more appointments. Why my new (lost) yoga mat arrives I can do my own PT! I don't know how my online order went from IN to TX, but I want my yoga mat!
