or anywhere in between

i like the less traffic, you can kinda go your own way. the only delusion is that you aren't what you eat. maybe.

i'm gettin along fine as a redneck girl, sans the confederate flag. the city is what seasoned me. white girl can dance.

where do y'all live? what does everybody else think? on location

I live in the country..tried living in NYC..for a month when I was much younger..hated it too many people too much noise too much ick

A different city, perhaps, a cleaner calmer one then I would try it again

I don't live that far from Manhattan, NY. I live on Long Island, thousands of people. I much prefer the country living, a lot more calmer and tranquil. I'm here for the salary that I get...that's about it.

I'm a city girl with a little country in her. I think I might like both equally...

I live in the middle of nowhere....beach and bushland, 100 miles from the nearest big town...

No traffic, no noise, nothing but the sound of the ocean breathing, and the stars giggling..

I am jealoue Jess, that would be living a dream. I live in town on a main thourofare (sp?) and the ambulance and fire truck frequent it quite often. I do have better than 3/4 of an acre in town which is nice, but country living would be so much nicer.

I live in a small country town where the only unresolved issue is whether the populace is meaner or dumber.

The whole "angry mob with pitchforks and flaming torches" thing is getting old, too....

I used to live in Sydney...a city here..I grew up there, but didnt know it was a city, we lived in a beachside suburb surrounded by bushland, until I was old enough to venture into the city, I had no idea.

Weird soul sucking strange place...no one looks at each other, all these little boxes....you have to keep your elbows tucked in when you talk. Strange...I talk with ALL of me...bigsmile

I live in the city with so much to do and so much culture there is never a dual moment, baseball, football and museums. I love the noise of the city, the people and the places. My children have so much opportunity as I live in a college town and there is so much for them to do as well. I grew up in the quite of the country and I never miss it, maybe I will go back when its time to die but till then I plan to live.

I like both...I was born and raised in the mountains, 45 minutes to get anywhere! But I love it--I live there now--it's beautiful! But I like and miss the conveniences of the city. I always loved the fact that there was always something to do--day or night--in the city.

i live in a small town, but not a dying dusty small town...all the old bldgs have been renovated and are full. new streets with oldfashioned lighting, slate sidewalks...it's really nice...we still have a grocery store and a general store where you can still buy penny candy...really nice place to raise a family.
