When i met her she was wearin a black sweater/
Hood on the back of her head/
In case of the weather/
We was walkin different directions/
Intents opposite but that instant was intense/
Idk what it was we sensed/
But i couldn't walk by without sayin a word/
I mean she was serene but i knew she could light me up like kerosene/
Ms i gotta say you lookin good/
I aint tryin to harass you/
Jus couldn't pass you/
And not say what a person who appreciates beauty should/
I'd like to get to know ya/
Do you mind if we speak/
Maybe i could get your name/ possibly your number so we can talk throughout the week/
My name? Well its villain/
Have you ever heard of me/
Yo homegurls probably heard me give a track some surgery/
We could hit the city paint the town black/
Or chill watchin netflix yea im wit that/
Imma need you to not look in my eyes so much/
Im teasin damn you beautiful but the eyes is enough/
I like ya smile and giggle too/
Quit playin girl oh you want me to try and cuff/
You gon get enuff once i get you in the buff/
Ice cream flavor which one butta pecan chocolate deluxe/
French vanilla asian persuasion all up in my cup/
Now watch this ninja ***** get all up in yo guts/
I could make you wifey hold you tightly as i come thru the door nightly/
Mama im jus a man tryin to get his life together/
Been thru so many storms when i see the sun i be like i like this weather/
Give me loyalty and you'll get it back/
Help me grow i help you grow why cant we live like that/
I wanna spend my life gazin in them wonders you call your eyes/
Let you lay on top of me rub ya back to ya thighs/
I can hold you down thats my word like Solomon was wise/
Now lets create somethin like them legends be/
Give me that body and pledge yourself to me/

They tried to hide the truth
But I uncovered it,
What was presented to me was misinformation,
They tried to intimidate me,
But I stood up to them,
What was presented to me were scare tactics,
For too long I believed in what I saw
For too long I believed in what I heard
For too long I believed in what I read

They tried to weaken me,
But I become stronger,
What was presented to me was lethal,
They tried to rob me,
But I caught onto them,
What was presented to me was a false sense of security,
For too long I believed in what they talked about,
For too long I believed in what they did,
For too long I believed in them,

Yes, I was blind to what was in front of me,
I felt that things weren't the way they seemed to be,
Now I am wide awake,
And that's more than I could ask for.

See i appreciate beauty even when it subtle/
I seen girls that'll blow your socks or leave ya feathers ruffled
Jus like this woman who made it back in my mind/
And now its kind of a struggle/
First saw you when i was 20 leavin teen/
Flippin thru channels on the tv screen/
Rewound the scene focused on you like a fly headed to tha blue beam/
Thought about you for 40 days 40 nights/
After that outta mind outta sight/
Saw you again watchin a hitman go for absolution/
Matta fact we never a conclusion/
This time i got your name/
Years have been good to you.. you still look the same /
Maybe someday ill see when i rock some stage/
Maybe meet at a premier or a matinee/
Maybe i can spit out the words i wanna say/
Beauty is expected and yours is eclectic/
Victoria may have her secrets maybe inside you where she kept it/
I remember smokin when i was almost outta green/
I saw a picture of you on the magazine/
One of the most breathtaking ever seen/
So gorgeous even when ya hair long or shortened/
Id take off a few for you like sometimes music ain't important/
Lookin like a million bucks girl/
Claimin you feel like i made a fortune/
But this is real life and i always deal wit real life/
Im destined to be on my own while you be somebody's real life/
Brightenin up they dark nights wit yo real light/
sadly tho i may want you badly real life has you walkin past me/
And you'd never kno from the first glance you had me/
I lament on that sadly/
Wantin things that i can't have/
Gotta hit a blunt take a big drag then laugh/
Cuz i think bout you still damn i got it bad/
Maybe if i play karmas cards right ill meet you in the next life/
Never planned it or can understand it/
But i think i got it deep for shannyn/
Shannyn sossamon/
Damn/

I took a little stroll down broadway last night,
beneath the glow of the green bay city lights,
and I passed the bar where I used to drink,
I passed the place where I used to think,
about me and you,
about me losing you/
ive been thinking it over,
and I'm not over you,
I'm just falling apart,
as I'm falling back in love,
with my memories, my memories,
My memories of you/
so tell me now girl would you understand,
if I said I still want to hold your hand,
could you ever love me again,
would you ever let me back in,
and do you think of me,
do you ever think of me//

It's the symbol you bare,
And it's always there. Death is my only salvation from here,
All of this, is it because you don't care?
When I see the devil can't help but stare,
He watches me quietly descending the stairs.
I walk through his hallways of death no exit from here.
He judges me harshly and exploits all my fears.
And I don't dare to ask him the reason I'm here./

Soul trapped in oblivion,
I've reached my despair.

You made me your soldier I'm at it again,
Just give me the order so I can begin.
I serve as your demon, my soul you can't cleanse.
Scratch away slowly and tear at the seams.
I wander with evil and destroy all your dreams/

The devil watches my every move,
We run 'devils night' with something to prove.
Storming through the fields of ashes.
My eyes change from green to grey,
With sharpened blades we'll own this day.
Old world dramas are todays decay.
While battle worn I'm still battle torn.
Fighting in a war in which I was born for.//

Unfortunately, Rap is the only art form that does not love itself. Music, like other art forms should be timeless. Does a painter stop painting, does a singer stop singing, does a writer stop writing? A true artist will never stop creating. Because it is who they are. It is what makes sense. Creation is their rock to cling to in the storm. Creation is their spirituality whether they realize it or not.

A rapper should be able to rap at any age like a singer or a pianist. It's sad that it is looked Down upon for a mature adult to rap. Rap will never mature, with this silly standard upon it.
Beautiful art form. Where poetry meets instrumental. I absolutely love it.

Thanks daydream but yes mainstream hip hop hates ppl older than 24 that attempt a debut honestly i hate that idea age doesn't matter its all about skill and love for the culture. Now its bout money and ********. I love hip hop cuz thats what i am, my talk walk creativity all my expression has been hip hop and martial arts. Hip hop is a cultural thing its about expression thru mc'n, break'n scratchin, graffiti....but since the music industry took control all of that has been forgotten...

Here I am left with no excuses,
No more hiding from the truth
Lay it out in the open,
Write it on the walls for all to see,
When your left with only yourself
You decide what kind of man will you be,
Who am I where am I going
Thats the question
Here I am this is where life is taking me,

It seems today we've got so much to say,
There's all of this motivation,
But not enough creation,
Here in these words find your way,
Please don't waste the hands of time,

The stars don't give out all the answers,
Sometimes we have to make them on our own,
To many stare at the constellations,
Bring me back down to earth,
Where I can finally show my worth,
Left here to my own devices,
Never again indecisive,
Watch & see how far I've come...

Evolution sings a chorus of subordinate sounds,
whether we are strong or weak,
high or low,
fast or slow,
even if we can see or hear,
we are all in the dark.

we are all in the dark from
sun set to sun rise,
we are all in the dark,
from dawn till dusk,
we are all in the dark.

we catch glimpses of porcelain sun light,
it dabbles and teases over our skin,
we long to embrace the righteousness,
we long to bath in the truth,
escape the sea of lie's and deception.

the sea speaks of a moral analogy,
we run towards the courage,
shadows, lie's and deceit flow from our bodies
there are no secrets here,
WE ARE ALL IN THE LIGHT//
