just heard a dear friend of mine has passed away .. She'd been terminally ill for some time.. accepted it fully .. such a beautiful person, I felt so deeply connected to her .. I knew she was going to pass away, but .. it hit me like a brick in the face ...... ((((((((( Crystal )))))))))

I met this man today. He had lost his wife a few months ago and now he is completely lost. Our discussion about business gradually disappeared into a discussion of the pain we feel when we lose someone close (I have lost several). I few minutes into the conversation it was everything I could do not to cry openly, both for his loss and the memory of my losses. I know your pain. Cherise the good memories and never forget that all the good people you know will also someday be lost, or they will lose you. Make the best of whatever time we have here. Still a weird thought.. First thought I had when I woke up was of her .. and social media is also weird in this, good and bad at the same time. It's beautiful to see everyone sharing and loving and caring .. on the other hand side.. it's right in your face again after you've gotten up and go online .. I've burnt lights for her and wish her a good journey home
