I have gotten this message a few times why am I not eligible to contact person or persons?

Probably out of their stated preferred age-range...or, something about you is out of their preferences (location too far away? smoker? etc.?)...or, they've indicated "no intimate encounters", etc. Something stated in YOUR profile isn't meshing with what they've said THEY are looking for...

All members have the option to Limit who can send them mail at this link... http://mingle2.com/inbox/filters If you do not fall into the catagory they choose then you can not contact them. And you will get a notification that you do not fall within their limits of who they will receive mail from.. This is the members choice and no one can change that except the member themselves.
