chest and arms are my favs. Legs my least fav.

I make sure I'm working out each part of my body equally though, last thing I want is a nice upper half and twig leg lower half.

Decline bench press and hamstring curls ... Tightens up the important parts :-)

People you need to train your entire body with compound movements not just 1 or 2 excercises that are best...

Deadlifts are primarily for the lower back...but they also target the traps, forearms, hamstrings, glutes.....
however you need to do other excercises to balance it like squats, military presses, bench presses....
the main ones are bench press, squats, deadlifts and military presses....and pullovers....without these you will reach a plateau and they will basically target the main areas

Overall favorites-olympic lifts, deadlifts, any bodyweight exercise. The rest is icing on the cake. smokin

drinker Yeah, but the OP's question was so limited...it made me want to cry a little. :cry: My coach has me do 2-week split sessions so I work every muscle group twice/week in different orders every week. I've found this to be the most effective routine I've tried in 4 years. :banana:

Bodyweight movments or the hardest execises but give me great results like pull ups , muscle ups ,tricep dips and various push ups.also all your compoud execises are important.
