perhaps an ultra optimist who walks through the crime ridden section of town does die sooner...
and perhaps the optimist who thinks all on craigslist are cute little puppies dies sooner... and the one who sets of in a snow storm and breaks down and freezes to death dies sooner... perhaps the optopesstist who likes so see's both negative and positive potentials shall live the longest and most trauma free. smiles |

see, there was good bonding! hehehe... to laugh at accusation of one self keeps anger from stealing one's own best self, happiness, from it self. But then it cannot be missed Melmacian's seem more adept at these more highly evolved emotional skills... smiles |

Optimists have less fear of dying...while pessimists fear it...optimists take more chances cause believe they can do anything they set their mind to...pessimists are less likely to take risks..knowing they will fail...so an optimist puts them selves in more life and death situations increasing the odds of dying...hmmmm...perhaps ...don't know really though...

a optimist will die sooner... then a pessimist ... what do you think about that ... some say anger keeps you alive longer ... they did a study and it showed pessimist stayed alive longer ... no ...I do not believe every thing hear or off the internet lol your thoughts ... Who were "they"? Behind most studies, there's usually some agenda. It's always interesting to see who's funding these studies and figure out what their long term interests were with the results of that study. It's often financially driven, directly or indirectly. 
And a couple weeks later, a competitor will fund their own study, which will show different or opposite results. |

Well, yes, I laugh at myself, I am not either optimist or a pessimist. I am both. I think 10 steps ahead for major decisions and all the possibilities of failure or success. Doesn't mean I am afraid of dying. We don't get out alive. Maybe it will be beyond forever. We will never know until we get there, now will we? |

Whichever it is I would rather be happy than live a life of misery. If it is short then at least I enjoyed it!
