I had a premonition, that Chris Hansen is planning a special trip to OP's house.
Hansen doesnt go to the Philippines so op is all set. He lives in an extremely high rape section tho. Philippines ranks 7th in the countries with high incidence. It must be so upsetting for him to live in an area designated as high rape for a high rape incidence country. They are #6 for sex tourism.

He would be better off in the US if he wants to be in a rape friendly society. We're #1! ...until the whole california law thing...maybe thats why he's upset. Are we gonna give up our rank? Its interesting. Probly not without a fight. the US didnt even make the top 10 for sex tourism so I can see the need to stay there.

Disturbing statistics. Are those verified? From one porno store to another, I think touring the US (in a job profession at trucking) might just qualify.

Funny the Philippine ranks 7th while USA rank. 1st in delevoped countrie.s I'm not denying the there are horrible crimes against women. Men should be punished. I do think this law will get a lot of college daughters videotaped maybe it should be against the law to have sex in college. Its a lopsided law.

Oh, well, then...let's try this again.

1. The "Yes Means Yes" law is thus far only in California;

2. Its primary target is college campuses; and

3. It was passed because, apparently, the existing "No Means No" law was a tad ambiguous and had some folks confused.

4. Personally, I don't date/relate with men for whom the passage of this law would create a moment's worth of angst or despair...and I LIVE in California, not too far from one of the state's most prestigious private college campuses.

Factually-speaking, that is.

I will guarantee you per capital there are fewer violent rapes that in Philippines than USA. Yes I know the Philippines yes they have sex industry there its not underground just let u know you western women are there with two three girls hanging on you too. I would think the phippine laugh at this law. That take rape very serious. Any foreign gets into trouble if he can get out he's blacklisted.

Hearing the USA has a rape culture don't know just don't think our men are a rape culture.

Yes 24 years ago a lot has changed. A foreigeiner is charged for rape if a child is in his presents. Inside hotel inside taxi is automatic rape. Underground yes but we have that here also

Children isn't the topic we have crimes against children too. Philippines not the topic they deal with pedophiles also. Nevada has a sex tourism. So I concede if a woman regrets having sex she may press charges or if man regrets having sex he may press charges.
