I would toke regularly if it were not for my asthmatic condition. I
bartend, so let me tell you from personal experience; I'd so much rather
be around someone who'd smoked a joint than someone who had a few shots
of alcohol. I have seen and been in so many alcohol related fistfights,
had my teeth knocked out at 16 when my drunken friend hit an REA pole,
lost friends in alcohol related accidents and suicides, etc.
How often is alcohol prescribed to treat a physical ailment? By the
same token, pot is prescribed for treatment of everything from glaucoma,
cancer, anxiety, anorexia/bulimia, and just recently was proven in a
study to help prevent or stave off alzheimers disease. I don't see a lot
of angry and disgruntled potheads,either.
(However, I oppose meth, crack,heroin, etc). They are the drugs. Pot
is a plant. An herbal. Legalize it.

I only toke when it is th right time to relax,nothing in excess

pot is ok for some but not for others,,,
you do not have to smoke it to enjoy it,for those with breathing
problems,can and do eat it,also make tea from it.
if th (our)GOV. would see th potential...saves th world...
farm it,and pack it,like th tobacco companies,tax it,sell it
like smokes or in tin cans(unrolled)put th same laws on it like th
D.U.I.,of for over 18 crowds...this would create more jobs,
from th farmers,to th packing co's,retail stores,not to mention all th
many things you can make from th by-products of pot.
when I wrote my congress man about this,I got a generic letter full of
shit from him...says not enough REASEARCH...
bull shit,they been doing studies back when cocaine was still legal,so
don't feed me that crapp...

Quiting weed and alcohol was nothing. I just stopped. No AA.. no NA...
none of that. I just decided that I didnt like it anymore and stopped
years ago.

Now if I can just kick these damned cigarettes! I hate smoking anymore!

pot is th ONLY thing I do these days,in fact,
I have a "Script" from a Dr. that I have not filled in over a year,,,as
th "Legal"drugs only made me feel like a "Zombie"
but with th toke,I ROCK TH HOUSE and can do most things stoned,
that I cannot do drunk......M.

i use to do both and i toked alot more than i drank but i don't do
either any more. i quit smokin a couple years ago because it did not
have an enjoyable effect on me anymore and i recently quit drinkin.

once,,,my cuzns and I was token on a hoglegg,,,when we were done,,,my
mom walked in,sniff,sniff,"I smella skunk"..........

we could not help laughing,,,so I went on and told her what th joke
was,,,she had her first "J" with us then and there.....
