How to Get Over a Break Up:-(
When you finally realize there is no turning back. Life is meant to be travelled forward not backward. So buckle up..

Surround yourself with family And friends. Its important to continue to do the things you love even if you don't feel like it. Take things one day at a time. Like Asdrid says move forward.

Yeah that's normal. But you have to continue doing what you did before the break up. Eventually With time you will see your doing better and getting stronger.

It's psychological, dont dwell on the emotion. If you really want to move on, you got to have a mind set. Dont waste your time thinking and overthinking about the past, it's over. Get it...OVER.

Try to concentrate on the NOW, not on emotionally coloured past or feared future. Concentrate on what you have (family, friends, home, work, etc) -- simple things that not everybody has -- and be grateful for them, don't concentrate on what you don't have at the moment (such as intimate relationship). i know it's hard, but it works...in time....

keep busy. Distracted.

I always heard the best way to get over someone, was to get under someone else.

I always heard the best way to get over someone, was to get under someone else. As for OP, time, the only remedy. Keeping yourself busy etc. won't really work. Like you said, you still feel like chit. Just allow yourself time to grieve, it won't last, but it will take time. |
