Children of Light
As we the ' Children of Light ', grow, Courser winds of inevitability must most certainly blow, Certainty being ours, necessity our only real and diverse friend, indispensable shelters form like pools inside the rain, And in winter our emotions seem to etch themselves In the imprints we make - as if formed in snow? Why do warm winds blow? ( Hell, I dunno, they just seem to come and go. ) Gracious, aren't they? Ensconced. Inscribed. Made to settle in the wilderness, it is here I write, From the highest of heights, I carve out effigies in honor of our being, Sheltered here in your cool world of warmth, o' children of light, Is this you I'm seeing? Is it me you're freeing? Wait for me. Thom Douglas Carlisle ( Irish Tommy Moran ) - Ireland === === |

Children of the light, servers of humanity, enlightened, innocent...I look into your eyes and benevolence beckons...

Angel, Swit, Leigh, thank ye all so very much for taking the time out to read this.
" I crawl out from beneath this, my shadowy place, from behind some native African bush somewhere - with eyes that shine in the night. Like some small animal, intimidated, yet enlivened with interest. Eyes boldly lit in the darkness, you three shine your individual lights down over onto me and my eyes glow brightly. Globes showing momentary fear as ye spot me there hidden away. And now . . . looking up at you, I realize that I am no longer afraid. I am no longer alone. " Thank ye, all, tommo / Ireland |
