being on track with our weight loss challenge at work. in the past week I lost another 3.3 pounds for a total of 10.1

What makes me happy is my accomplishments. I was able to move a 750 lb hot tub all by myself with some ingenuity and now building a deck around said hot tub all by myself. woo hoo Give me a shout when it's all hooked up.. LOL
