uhm not a clue i let the people with intel hit ya on this one cause your join date says you have been here for a while so its not like you didn't put in your code is it to any that you cant send a message to or just one person meaning maybe they have it set up to not get something from you that you have marked ? ? ? just a long shot but thought i would ask <shrug>
