.. Milo is way ahead of you !!..he's already on my bed... probably snoring if I know him...lol.. sorry about the baby duck.... but you can just let him pass in the night.... but his leg must hurt a lot....

it's a baby duck and its leg is broken..
.... it's a wild animal... ..... so unless she can fix it.. or wants to pay a huge vet bill.. .....but.. she is a kind person.. with a big heart.... the big duck could not ask for a better person.. or place to pass.. from this world to the next..... .... give him a little kiss on his bill for me.....

I got suckered into working on a Sunday. Therefor **** everything.

Sad.. My baby duckling has a broken leg.. I don't think she will survive it but at least she is warm and safe from predators. I couldn't leave her in the forest.. There was only a slim chance she would be reunited with her family. Right now she is calling to her mum.. Such a sad sweet little sound .. But for now .. She has the safety of my arms and my love .. Awww being ever hopeful, is there any chance you can put a splint or bandage on your baby ducklings leg? when my dog got his leg mangled by another dog one Christmas eve, i bandaged him up because the vet was closed and said a little prayer. i didn't expect him to make it. when he did, he was limping and favoring that leg. I know you're going to laugh, but I did range of motion physical therapy with him like I used to do with patients. I did that for 3 weeks. if you see him run now, you can't tell he was ever injured. hoping for the best for you and your little duckling |

Maybe try a splint with Popsicle sticks... Ducks are sooo cute...my dad and I had a whole bunch once....neiborhood cats killed them all but ducks are super awesome...

I am trying kangaroo care with the duckling .. She is nestled in a fluffy sock stuffed down my bra so that she is warm and can hear my heart beat. She sleeps lol :-) I wanna be a fluffy sock lol |
