I have held a lot about ghost, but don't known if ghost exist. Are ghost real?

scientifically, "ghosts" have neither been proven or disproven.
However, at least one study, focusing on the "spirit", demonstrated that the human body loses approximately one pound at time of death.

Some people belive in ghosts, some do not.

I saw something I couldn't explain. when I used to work at a retirement home part of my job on the 3 to 11 shift was to do laundry after our residents had gone to bed.
the only window in the laundry room faced the 8 foot high wall.
on a rainy night I was folding towels and watching the rain sliding down the window. from out of nowhere there was a whitish face peeking in.
nothing should have been visible because the rain was coming down so hard. I ran into the next room and opened the sliding glass door to look into the night. there was nothing there.

The answer to that question my friend is yes unless myself my friends and family are raving bonkers yes they do I have seen them with my eyes not wanting too that is but yes I have they have been in different forms lights and faces etc yes seeing is believing but I have seen too many up know any different when we die our sprit leaves our body yes this all sounds crazy but if u do c one in your life time don't be scared easy for me to say as I seen many and still get scared.

Yes ghost are real and there with us throughout the day and night. The good thing about ghost is that they do not mine sharing our world with us.

In my experience they're very very real. I'm glad I've never seen them. I don't want to either. I could see things when I was a kiddie. But I don't want to see things anymore, so I've blocked it. Scares the bejesus out of me.
Just sensing them is more than enough excitement.
My kids have seen spirits. But they didn't like it much either, so they've blocked that ability too. Most kids do btw, usually by the age of 5 - 7 we've locked the door to our abilities.

I can usually feel the presence of a spirit, before hearing or seeing it. One of the bad things with being a male Empath.
