Didn't you know, on your way to go pee, grab a bag of frozen peas or carrots or something then. It's much quicker. Didn't you know, back braces are like $18 at WallyWorld. Use it.

.... no I think I'll just go bathroom . right here..lol..jk... and here is the kick in the pants.... I can lift heavy things all day.... without a problem... but this.... what throws my back out or pinches my nerve.. is when I just over extend my reach... for something simple... like a garden spade... every freaking time... I can work and lift like a mule all day.... but i overstepped my reach... for my cup of coffee... bang go.. out goes my back.... it used to happen to my dad when I was younger..... his back would go out. I would make fun.... boy I wish I did not make fun of him now... I did not realize how painful it . truly is.. .

Yes, I know, did ya know, I have degenerative cervical disc disease, and my lower back L2 and L5 are going as well as C3 through T-3. I know. Ice. Quit yer whinning. ha. Ice. Did ya know, I need some ice now.

Did you know that crystal is kissing her frog and toads first before bed? eewww ... Did you know I once had an approx. 15 cm green frog with black spots in my garden? Kissing it was not my first thought ... And kinda panicked, lol. Tall One, sounds like you're having fun. Hope you feel better today.

I would have gladly endured the pain..... just for the pleasure of you jumping me... and you are a nurse... . so you could probably take it really easy on me..mmmmm..... thanks everybody..
