Did you know......I like to negotiate....... ... so in principle we have a oral .. contract... I mean a verbal.... .. I mean ... you should shake my... .. that is... we should lay something down.. on paper that is... ... we should .. consumate.. the agreement.... I haven't even seen your opening.... bid.... ..jk

Did you know........I can build a fence too......and hang drywall......and mud and tape...... You kickazz! Did you know.......I know a little about plumbing and wiring too.....

I can do a little plumbing and electrical, but Ive never hung drywall. Ive never had need to do the fence thing, but I have dug post holes and built an extensive wheelchair ramp with folks who knew how, for a little gal from my school. Yeah I have done the post hole thing.......used a miter saw......jigsaw.......table saw.......mixed cement...... Awesome what you did for the little girl

A special ed teacher, a physical therapist, a retired principal, me and some poor carpenter who knew what to do and had to teach us. haha. came out great tho. back breaking work. well worth it many times over. I could probably muddle thru some of that...used to jury riggin stuff...my dad was pretty handy..and i was his shadow...askin questions..but i dont mess with electricity.... Im shockin enuf!
