I do not need to read it to find it utterly ridiculous.
When the police in Europe will step out of line then the country
itselve will deal with it. You cannot compare "states" to "countries"
But like i said i cannot believe that a president is not in control of his own police. But if you say so then i take your word on it.

'cause it is NOT his Police!
It's that simple!

So what?
Right now, we are trying to educate Europeans about the separation of powers within the USA.

From me as a European i am really interested in these issues that you brought up. Call me "hard headed" But my point is that Obama must have some leverage on these matters. Whether he controls the police there or not.

Obama controls the military which are not allowed to act against our own citizens. In an emergency, he can call out the National Guard which, generally speaking, are reservists on call for emergencies who can do crowd control (not very well) and other duties. The police are controlled by the local governments.

The way you clowns continuously hate on Obama, is what led to the beheading of these journalists.

When enemies see that Americans are blinded by race so much, that they will not stand with Obama even in a crisis...you embolden them.

Carry on...

LMFAO!!...rofl rofl rofl
Where's Zippy? This guy's talkin' about clowns....laugh

Constraints on presidential power...
Because of the vast array of presidential roles and responsibilities, coupled with a conspicuous presence on the national and international scene, political analysts have tended to place great emphasis on the president's powers. Some have even spoken of "the imperial presidency", referring to the expanded role of the office that Franklin D. Roosevelt maintained during his term.

President Theodore Roosevelt famously called the presidency a "bully pulpit" from which to raise issues nationally, for when a president raises an issue, it inevitably becomes subject to public debate. A president's power and influence may be limited, but politically the president is certainly the most important power in Washington and, furthermore, is one of the most famous and influential of all Americans.

Though constrained by various other laws passed by Congress, the president's executive branch conducts most foreign policy, and his power to order and direct troops as commander-in-chief is quite significant (the exact limits of what a president's military powers without Congressional authorization are open to debate).

The Separation of Powers devised by the founding fathers was designed to do one primary thing, prevent the majority from ruling with an iron fist. Based on their experience, the framers shied away from giving any branch of the new government too much power. The separation of powers provides a system of shared power known as "checks and balances". For example, the President appoints judges and departmental secretaries, but these appointments must be approved by the Senate. The president can veto bills or deny them. If he does that, the bill is sent back to Congress.

Obama allowed police to dispurst and harrass protestors at gunpoint in Furguson

The President of the USA does not have authority over a local police force.

Lord have mercy!

You know the hatred is bad when even the enemies of Obama feel compelled to straighten out lies told about him!

LOL

Stop beheadings!

Support OUR president!

I don't have the means or power to stop beheadings. Do you?

I will back a president who's worthy of my backing. oButtma is just a corporate owned tool. A slave to his master.

I see a surge in support for it. Now, there are a whole two supporters.

Unless two of three profiles are fake. Then, that would make her talking to two other egos.

You do know that Obama delayed the rescue attempt until the terrorists moved, causing the rescue to fail, right? You do know that Obama released the information on the the rescue attempt for political gain endangering the informers that helped us, right? By doing so he ruined any chance of us mounting another rescue, right?

Obama received detailed ISIS intel for a year guess he was happy with the progress
Written by Allen West on September 3, 2014

I'm truly not in the mood for either the progressive socialist Obama cheerleaders or the cultural jihad apologists. If y'all keep it up, you'll find yourselves being classified with the enemy.

Now we learn just how much President Obama cares about the security of the United States and the ramifications thereof. As reported first by Fox News again first, all the mainstream media follows President Obama was given detailed and specific intelligence about the rise of the Islamic State as part of his daily briefing for at least a year before the group seized large swaths of territory over the summer, a former Pentagon official told Fox News. The official who asked not to be identified because the President's Daily Brief is considered the most authoritative, classified intelligence community product analyzing sensitive international events for the president said the data was strong and granular in detail. For you non-military types, the word granular in our lexicon means it's fine in detail and well crystallized.

Perhaps if Obama had been being briefed or even taken the time to read the PDB (Presidential Daily Brief) he may not have referred to ISIS as the JV Team. Or maybe Valerie Jarrett was reading the briefs and told him there was nothing important contained in them. Regardless, this represents a monumental dereliction of duty by Obama sorry, right now, just can't refer to him in any other manner........
