Are you trying to upload with a mobile device?

Or from a pc?

(M2 does not support Windows-based phones.)

Also, Mark's quote on picture file size:
"When it comes to uploading images to a Mingle2 account, the actual file
size is almost unlimited. The number of pixels in the image, however,
is limited to 10 million. In other words, the product of width*length
must not exceed 10000000.

Pictures should be in .gif, .jpg, or .bmp format."

I am unable to post a picture from a mobile device or desktop pc. Tried numerous times, browsed to photo, selected, hit upload button, no go. But I do get a lot of messages telling me to upload a picture.

Welcome, Hoping4LTR. Have you made sure that the photos match the format and pixel limit above?

Trying to post a pic from mobile. It says choose a file but there are no files to choose from.

That must mean you have no photos on the device, terrieolsen69. Or, you may need to change the pathway when you are prompted to choose a file.

My pics were fine before but they're all distorted and stretched now.

This issue should now be fixed, 7kay7. However, you may have to re-upload any photo which appears distorted.
