if a rife is formed between two groups of people they are distracted from what those in power are really doing to the unfortunate,, historically, we can look at how all the European servants became 'white' and above the 'blacks' to see evidence of how that method works to put people against each other instead of working with each other

or over the bundy ranch, where dozens of white actually had WEAPONS and behaved threateningly,,,,,refusing to just 'do what they were told' and take 'personal responsibility' to avoid any potentially fatal clashes with authorities,,,
