I made a Birthday dessert for my boss today to take to work tomorrow. It's "Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Cheesecake Bars". So I had leftover chocolate ganache (about a half a cup). I just didn't want to throw it away but couldn't figure out what to do with the leftovers. Whole salted cashews dipped in the chocolate ganache. Decadent and very bad. Stopped at 6 cashews. I think I will have to throw the left overs out. Way too tempting. Salty and Sweet, the worst temptation combination!

well because of another thread. crow on a stick, without the stick. too bad, because i'm sure the stick would have made the crow taste better
