A local Saint Louis radio station is reporting that Dorian Johnson has recanted his prior media espousals and now asserts that he and Mike Brown did indeed engage in a physical confrontation with Officer Darren Wilson. As a consequence the same Radio Station is asserting the local prosecutor essentially advises it’s doubtful charges would be filed.

While this report is difficult to vet it does align with recently leaked information about Officer Wilson sustaining significant injury as a result of a felonious assault by Mike Brown during the initial encounter. Additionally we know the Grand Jury is scheduled for tomorrow. We also just found out the Missouri AG is on site tonight and tomorrow.

missing the point, even if there is resisting arrest, once the suspects are unarmed and FLEEING,,,,the situation has changed and the reaction should too

in other words, a fleeing unarmed suspect has no reason to be SHOT DOWN in the streets,,,,

he has shown an om going violent lifestyle

him being shot may have saved many lives

and

saved a lot of court time and money

if you dont want to get shot dont attack people

what he showed was AGGRESSIVE demeanor by pushing and later possibly punching someone who tried to STOP him

him being shot may have not saved any life at all, certainly not his

and is certainly not going to save court time or money over him having been arrested and arraigned for the robbery

We don't know he was fleeing. We do know he was a violent person. FACT. We do know he brutally attacked a cop. FACT. We do know the autopsy shows that Brown was about a foot away from the gun. FACT. That hardly makes a fleeing suspect.

In addition to self defense it was definitely doing the public a service killing that thug. They said he has a criminal history, I am just curious what it might be. Anyone who attacks a little old man, steals cigars to put marijuana in them, and attacks a police officer is a predicator we do not need on the streets. Attack those who protect and serve and no one feels safe.

some say it was through the window, others say it was inside the car, some say it started with the officer grabbing the suspect, some say it started with the suspect blindsiding the officer,, ALL of those details are still in dispute,, but that the initial struggle AT the car happened is a FACT


the autopsy shows that Brown was shot by NO LESS than a foot away,,lol,,,not that he was a foot away,,,

all accounts also state he was FLEEING,,,

some claim that at some point he just changed his mind and turned and 'charged'


some state that when the bullets flew he was tagged and turned to give up

Do you know how much it costs to feed, house and medical for an inmate? Do you also realize that for that strong armed robbery he could have been looking at 15 years in prison?

I guarantee when the Officer approached him he was thinking "Oh $hit, they found me and I have the stolen evidence on me" and fight or flight kicked in knowing that if he knocked the officer out and got away, there would be a good chance he would never be caught.

Oh BTW, all's the law states is you have to be in fear for your immediate safety of life or extreme bodily harm or the safety of others and you can use deadly force (doesn't mean they have to have a weapon, in fact I know many people who don't need a weapon to beat someone to death). If the cops is sitting in a patrol car and a big 6+ foot tall guy reaches into the cops car to attack him that's a problem and a potentially life threatening situation being the cop had his sidearm within reach of the suspect, his shotgun within reach of the suspect and his backup weapon in reach of the suspect all while getting a beating and you say I am reaching.

No, I did not. I said a confrontation happened AT The vehicle. Some witnesses state it happened THROUGH THE CAR WINDOW, and others claim there was a struggle INSIDE The car,, those DETAILS ARE IN DISPUTE ( I didn't witness it) but ALL witnesses who did, even if they disagree on the details, agree that there was an initial confrontation AT or IN the car.

IF a guy reaches into a cops car or struggles with a cop outside the car, an expectation of being shot is a REASONABLE expectation during that struggle

however, once THAT STRUGGLE Has ended, and the guy FLEES, there is no REASONABLE expectation to fill him full of bullets

BTW No police officer is going to grab a suspect through the window of a car, let alone a huge suspect like Brown. It doesn't happen, it's to dangerous for the officer.

It is you who are missing the point. Assaulting a police office is a serious felony and the officer obviously has the duty to apprehend and arrest the perpetrators. If, in that process, the perpetrators IN ANY WAY do not obey and act aggressively towards the officer, every single officer will shoot them dead.
