There comes a time in your life, when you walk away from all the drama and people who create it. You surround yourself with people who make you laugh. Forget the bad, and focus on the good. Love the people who treat you right, pray for the ones who don't. Life is too short to be anything but happy. Falling down is part of life, getting back up is living, -Jose N. Harris

Two things prevent us from happiness; living in the past, fear of the future, and observing others. Living in the present is always helpful for me. Letting go, of the past and fears of the future; not letting worries and fears crowd out the present. It is not always easy, but does get easier with practice. It can be helpful to exercise, walk, listen to music, relax, focus on breathing.

the hardest task a human will ever take on is ''living in the hear and the now''---to do that we must clean

out all trash in our heads we have accumulated since childhood while try to keep old trash and new trash

from getting back in--one way we keep the trash in is once we think we understand something we say to

ourselves O.K. NOW I KNOW,I GOT IT!!! then when new info comes along we flip it off because we

already ''got it '' the sad part is most the important of those opinions were formed in childhood before

we are ready to fully comprehend them--like or self worth and how o.k. others are--the glue that

keeps things going is that now we have formed favorite feelings to go along with those limiting beliefs

them--thats why the issues that most are fighting about are only surface noise---the real issues are

''beliefs about our selves and the world around us''--

I think I just learned something:so it's 3 things ! one of them is and can be lived in the present - and still make you feel unhappy at times ? hmm...maybe that's the key to some of my troubles sometimes. Observing....

"It can be helpful to exercise, walk, listen to music, relax, focus on breathing."

I do all of these, everyday: all the time!
