I was having frequent messages with another user and the record suddenly dissapeared. I can still view the user, but when i send a meesage it doesn't show up in my mailbox. When I send it says mail sent succesfully. It shows as sent in my account activity also, but does not show in my mailbox. I don't think they are reaching the other user...

Have you verified that they are still online?
You can check your 'Recent Activity' for their link. If they are deactivated, twould explain a lot. |

Yes their profile is still there... If your email was 'successfully' sent, the record in your Inbox should show it, when they reply, it will stack onto that record. Are you certain you did not accidentally 'delete' the reciprocal record? If not, beyond me, sorry :-( |

Yes, any new message sent, to someone NOT deactivated, should show in your Inbox list. Sent you a test email. *Email stacked normally. |
