Promises I can't make
Promises I can't keep Turning my back Walking away Save you....I can't Can't even save my self Self torture is all I know Not worth your time Please just walk away Please not today Laying too much responsibility At my feet Claiming I saved you Its all bittersweet I gave you nothing Asked for everything So damned greedy I am But still you couldn't see I'm fragile and weak Tough and jaded I seem Hardened by time If only I would allow you to see The broken child inside me Crying out for salvation Salvation that never comes My damnation has just begun So I walk away Washing my hands of you today Save you....I can't |

Sometimes others sees us as somthing we can't see our selves
cause within we are crying but smiling on the outside in order to cover up so they want see who we really are. Then we wonder why they can't see how we see our selves inside. Could it be because what they see is the real us inside but we tend to cover it up and not giving ourselves the credit of who we really are.? |

Very well summed up. We're only human, and in no way perfect. We err at times, but there is always room for improvement. That's the beauty of being human.
