Did she get permission from the court to allow her to do so. In some situations, if either custodial parent has to move, they are required to meet the other parent at least halfway between when they live now and where they used to live. Check your divorced decree, it should state what should happen. If she has moved without permission from the court to the point where you are no longer able to see your child on a regular basis, you'll need to seek help from the court which issued the original custody order. They can be amended. Best wishes!

you need an attorney, to file a motion to get her back into court if your order did not restrict her from leaving in the first place. Then you will need to amend it to state that she meet you half way, and it will only b once a month if she lives over 100 miles away. If your initial order did not restrict her from moving, ? that is sad....

All depends on what state you live in. Many times you can contact your D.A's office they are the ones that handle the child support, visitation ect..

If you went through the system and they set guidelines up then the other parent is not allowed to move but a certain distance away. You can actually make them move back within distance so you can see your kids.

My son's ex took my grand daughter to NC we live in Texas she was threatening to move there... After living there about seven months she found out she had to move back or could loose custody of my grand daughter.......

It is up to you to make things happen check with the D.A's office first at times they have lawyers for those that don't have much money to help them out.. Or hire you a attorney... You can go talk to a lawyer first visit is normally free...

Also had a friend of mine the same thing happen to him that happen to us, his wife up and left him moved out of state.. She had to move back too so he could see his son... It was either that or they told her she would loose custody...
