how do i block someone/ all i get is the reporting options.

To block a member they must IM you which that blocks only the IM from that person. Then if they e-mail you look to the bottom of the e-mail to the right and you will see block this user. If they do not e-mail or IM you then you can not block them, this only blocks them from e-mailing you..There is no feature to block them within the forums.
