Hello everyone, I just want to ask how are the Mingle2 accounts becoming deactivated suddenly .. I got my first friend yesterday and we had a good conversation in mails but suddenly, she's no longer my friend now and I go to her profile and said the account has been deactivated. What happened?! If anyone has a same experience please help me :( .. What do I do to be able to contact her again? ..

She was probably a scammer or catfisher and she has been outed.

But when I talk to her she seems so normal, hmmmm.. what is the reason for being outed? ..

She probably asked some dude for money.

Really?! Even women do scam or trick any men now? I can't believe it, why women have to do that? ..

Really man.....they really, really love your money

Profiles are deactivated either due to the member themselves or if the profile is against site rules. Either way we do not divulge which case it is.

People come and go for many different reasons.

Well, my account got deactivated and could not post for several days. I was not informed the reason, and only after I contacted Charles did the situation suddenly changed without explanation.

I only found out my account was deactivated after a friend emailed me. she told me it was deactivated for 3 days.

So, IDK Kristi...

Have no idea what happen in your case. And even if I did I could not post it.

There are times that members accounts get locked down but never deactivated for a short time. If admin deactivates an account they will not be able to come back. Normally only members can deactivate a account and have the choice to come back. Unless there was a glitch I was not aware of at the time.

Thank you Kristi! I think it was because my fur got on the forums... some people developed allergies... It was sad really... True story!

Any account that is permanently DELETED; not just deactivated, its owner becomes named as Unknow.

Most great looking here are like that. Quick chat, honey this honey that. You don't even know she is real. When asking for let's go for coffee or at least do a video call to confirm we are we they usually say no or honey not today (not today means infinity). Some Male A.... Princess from Nigeria sitting in a hidden place called scam pub is behind this with stolen identity and AI generated photos or stoled photos from recently hacked Facebook or simillar. Pretending to be the only loved one. Be warn. I lost hope on this portal. Mingle doesn't do enough top protect users. There should be identity check for such services and real Face ID recognition with ID check when account is opened. That would resolve the issue once and for all.

I was speaking to 4 women today from here.
all 4 were scammers. I want every dime ive spent on here back...and I reporting this app

I finally (after 9 months) matched with a woman that finally made me feel alive after 3 years of mourning, one with whom I perceived was enjoying our conversations.
Then, like lightning, she disappeared from my emails and her account says deactivated.
I gotta say, I didn't expect anything from her except perhaps getting to know each other a little better, so I'm stunned that she poofed so suddenly.
Was it me?
Did I press too hard and scare her off?
Gawd, I hope not, because I'm about as safe as a woman can get with a man - even a gay man.
All I did was ask her to call.
Actually, now that I think about it, every time I ask a woman to call me (mostly to insure they aren't Mnubuto from Nigeria or Enrico from the Philippines) they stop messaging completely.
Is this place so over-run with scammers that that's all one can expect here?

So nice of Mingle2 to deactivate FishingMan's account for complaining here.
No small wonder this site gets such terrible reviews on the web.
Any moderator with enough hutzpuh to directly face me would be more than welcomed.
Reasonable people should be able to reach reasonable solutions without going all nuclear over peanuts.

Humm that is funny I would have swore after going over his profile and yours yesterday they are the same!!!

And well if the site takes a profile all the way down the name will show as UNKNOWN..

So either you deactivated the account or the site did it temporally due to reports till they decide..due to more than one account~!~~~

Ohh and yes both accounts were from the same location pics match and profiles talked about the same things..

This account was a dead-ender for nearly a year, so I decided to start over.
This was before I learned about deactivating and deleting accounts.
I'm not trying to fool anybody, not consciously trying to break any site rules, I'm just a little bit lonely old widower trying to get lucky enough to maybe find love for the 2nd time in my life.

The FishingMan account worked - at least before it went under review - so that's the one I prefer to use, but now can't.

If the price of getting back access to FishingMan is that this account has to go into deactivation, I can work with that.
I just wouldn't want to completely delete this one because I put a lot of work into it already and any corresponding women could be informed that I have a newer, different account now.

(I still say the acceptance/rejection of profile photos is highly arbitrary because several were removed from that account but appear to be just fine on this one.)
