something tthat would make me smile and think of him. even better if it was from time spent together.
it doesn't have to be expensive and possibilities are endless. like if we spent a day at the beach, a little seashell. if we went to a bookstore cafe, a silly pen or a book. if we went to a museum, a little souvenir. something like that, a small reminder of a time we enjoyed |

A person wrote a poem for me ... thought that was very special since way back then... I did not write poetry myself... but felt bad I was already in a relationship with someone else ... but I thanked him and of course felt bad becouse I could not reciprocate his feelings he had toward me ... it came as a surprise and wowed me ... today I don't know about receiving a gift on the first date ...unless I have been talking to them for a very long time before meeting ... |

On about every first f2f date I usually bring a flower and/or box of chocolates.
A little something to let her know I appreciate her and her time. Many a time, there has been only one date. The token is always a great way to start. |

I havent seen it since but atleast i know what it looks like and look forward to seeing it again. Especially cause we knew each other for seven years before so he knew all my bad points too. He heard me down the block enough. lol. it was nice. There is someone out there for both of us 2K. it will just one day slap us in the face and we wont know what hit us. cant wait. lol
