ok, so it's only a poem, but every time words like that are repeated and passed on, they perpetuate negative behaviors.
10 years ago, we were all just watching music videos...now-after enough watching and purchasing of the music that feeds them- every child between the ages of 11 and 30 thinks they need to act out the lifestyles that those videos illustrate. as intelligent beings we should know by now that we are what we think...and we speak out of the truth in our souls. |

but how do you know when someone is playing the game? or even when you love someone? its things like this poem that make it hard to trust people not saying your wrong in writing it though |

time will tell if someone is just playing the game.
it's easy to keep up the facade for a few weeks, maybe even a couple of months...but if you give it enough time before taking that next deep doo-doo step, the colors will show. eventually the player will get tired of pretending and will make him/her self known. it takes time and patience...two things that most people just aren't willing to exercise. we all want what we want right now! |
