Not nessasseryly,but depends on who you're asking,for most women its a must,most guys dont NEED it,and at times you can careless about it ,you just want to dig rite in,but for me,the more specail the person,the more i'll enjoy doing it,in other words you're going to get SPECAIL teeatment, and if you want the best out of it, then its definitly a MUST!
