Having challenges changing gears...
Post replies are slow or multiple, then pages take forever to load, I thought it may have been my computer, however, it appears many posters are having the same challenge. Hope it's an easy thing to fix..

Every night at about 2am Pacific time that will happen. We run some maintenance scripts at that time that slow down the site temporarily. We're working on ways to eliminate that slowdown period, but it shouldn't last more than 15 minutes every night.
If you're seeing slow downs at other times during the day, let us know. |

for me it happens oftimes in between as well, maybe it coincides with a lot of people being on and posting at the same time.

it seems that the downtime and server maintenance has brought all the gears back into alignment.

I invited 3 people to join the site. So, where is this so called "gold" membership that gives me all the "extras"? I kinda like the site so far, but, i think its really just for friends. I cannot believe many hook up and date or get married by participating in this site. Is seems fun, but, I'm shy and don't know what to say. I'm a newby, so I guess time will tell. What about the "gold" membership for inviting friends to join?
