I am tall also!! I am not as tall as pkh, I am about 5'10 but when you date someone who is 5'7...boy oh boy it makes a difference. I have always said that I would NEVER date anyone shorter then I am...but I have done it many times.
Why can't they make taller men? LOL I love being tall..its just harder to find men that fit into what I like. I feel better about dating shorter men since I have dropped the weight..but I would never date someone who came down to my shoulders..haha sorry I had to say that

pkh..I know what you mean about dating younger men also. I love the younger ones. It seems like the older ones are boring for me. BUT for me, its just not working...so I thought maybe I should date the older ones and see if that would work. HMMM I don't know...I just can't seem to connect with the older men for some odd reason.
I think the older men are not willing to change at all. So...I think I will stick to my younger ones

I guess I can't say "all" older men...but just the ones that I have dated. I am sure that there are some fun older men out there...I just seem to relate to the younger men better.

I think I can answer this. Doctor phil would answer: location, location, location! Its where you live and reside in relation to how many singles are in that area. I live in an area with no single women at all. Its beautiful here, but isolated from singles.

Don't lump all of us older men together.
At 56 & 5' 10"; never have any complaints from the tall or younger ladies.
Age has nothing to do with it.
Take proper care of yourself & everything works just fine.

but i still like them "tall" (in character)
when someone gives a preference like "i like brunettes"
or "i like petite women" etc. etc. it's no more of a
sweeping generalization than "i don't like polka dot shirts"

PKH, Have you ever heard of the Tall Clubs of America? It's specically for women over 5'10", and men over 6'2". I was a member down here near Chicago about 8 years ago, but it was just too far for me to drive at the time with my work schedule. The name of the specific one in Chicago was The Paramount Tall Club. There's also one in Milwaukee, which is a heck of alot closer to you.
