My ex-bf could not lift me. He weight 200 ibs and was about 5'10. I could stand to loose some pounds. Something tells me even if someone weighs more than you, that doesn't mean they can pick you up.

only if you feel like you need to in order to stay healthy. your bfs should love you regardless of this as it really has nothing to do with him.
actually some bench pressers lift twice their weight, your ex-bf is not as strong as he thinks he is and also a big puzzy. |

According to Ric Drasin there's a diet that old-school bodybuilders swear by. Their rule is - high protein, low carb. Apparently you can eat as much as you want and not get fat. Just so long as you stick to that rule.

most of my past GF had some meat on the bone,thats just the way i like it,butt i have never been abele to lift them up,well atleast not with my arms.
