OKAY well.. just as I suspected.. I swear, sometimes he reminds of McCoy from the original Star Trek.. however instead of "dammit Jim, I'm a doctor not a rocket scientist".. he's like "dammit Zee, I'm a GP not a specialist"
so.. off to the specialist I go.. NICE  like I said.. just as I expected  now for the barrage of tests to follow.. FUN! NOT!!  whatever.. I'm not dying YET and apparently I'm doing EVERYthing right.. the diet choices I've made and the work slow down vs rest ratio.. all apparently ON THE RIGHT TRACK.. he even quipped I should be a doctor  yeah.. okay
so nothings changed.. oh yay me
tomorrow I call the specialist for an appointment.. hopefully I won't have to wait 3 months (or more) to get into see them.. but meh.. what will be will huh
anywho.. been a long-azzed day already.. and I'm in need of a lil rest so.. have a great rest of the day peoples..  you all

okay.. UPDATE.. nothing much happening really.. still trying to find people to help empty the basement of 'garbage' so I can get it decontaminated.. the tel # I was given never answers.. those that said they WOULD help never called back OR showed up.. wow.. what a world we live in huh.. and I keep getting calls from 'private/blocked' numbers that refuse to tell me what they want.. but THAT.. I FIXED 
health-wise.. things are pretty much the same , thankfully the new diet is still working at keeping the pain to a minimum my appointment with the specialist is for June 11th.. so not too long of a wait.. yipee!
other than that? my eldest turns 25 next week..  which simply means I'm getting older too
got some hours to put in for work so.. hope everyone has a great rest of the day!!
