If he thinks you are disgusting based on your job, he's looking at what you do instead of who you are. He isn't even saying that you are disgusting, but that he doesn't like your job. I think that's pretty low brow!!

The only pig farm I have ever been on was outside Indianapolis, IN

I got up @ 4 in the morning and got ready to leave for the farm @5AM

We arrived @ 6, before going into the barn, I had to take another shower to remove all of my body care products (deodorant, hair care, etc) then I had to put on a paper, full body suit, and little paper shoes over my shoes.

All of this was so I wouldn't get the pigs dirty with MY filth on those clean pigs.

The pigs were cleaner than most of us are at any time of the day

Hey, us cleaning up and not getting pigs any dirtier is one way I can feel good about the insane amount of bacon and pork steaks and pork chops I comsume on a regular basis

As far as telling him something, I am a firm believer that you should always say something. It doesn't help you or him by not doing so. It gives you closure on the situation and you can just move on with your life, for him, if he cares, it gives him a reason and maybe next time he will wisen up and not treat someone like that. I doubt it but I am an eternal optimist.
