Topic: difference between parents/non-parents | |
---|---|
I was at the McDonald's; a little girl was talking to her mom, the mom screamed "shut up! and eat your damn fries!" You could see two different reactions from the customers: the non-parents looked like "ooh, what a horrible mother"; the parents looked like: "what did that little monster do to that poor woman"

lol, that's terrible
Im a parent but I would have been looking more like the first group probably, although I wouldn't have been thinking 'what a bad mother'. I wasn't raised with adults cursing at kids, its still foreign and strange whenever I hear it. |

I want to say to my one stepson- I didn't pay all that money for science training or write your last minute term paper so you could graduate in order for you to change car tires for a living, stop being a loser like your mother. But I don't want to hurt his feelings, maybe he is happy
