Highly preferable to a comb-over however.

Have seen some good-looking weaves on gals.
Sounds..stifling to the head though.

There are a lot of women wearing fake hair along with balding men. Do you find this practice a turn on or a turn off. Eventually that illusion has to come off and you need to deal with reality.
