Some claim to be christians, but private chat will show thei

I don't know how the end of your topic reads because it doesn't appear where I can see it... But I'll just assume for the sake of the point you're apparently trying to make that you said... "their true selves."

As far as I know, christians are normal people just like everybody else. And letting their hair down in private isn't any more of a sin to them than it would be to others.

To me, anybody who has private communications with anybody and then turns around and tries to flaunt them in public is up to no good and I wouldn't trust anybody that would behave this way.

It seems to me that if people on M2 expect to find a date, hook up, life mate, friend, whatever, on this dating site that they would keep what they learn about other people private, or they could just as easily be spurned for being gossips who are trying to hurt other M2 members.

Most of us are adults here and we know that the online dating process has many different sides to it. And it doesn't matter if we're christians or agnostic. We are all free to choose how we enjoy each other's company regardless to whether other people approve of it or not.

Just a bit of my unsolicited opinion...

This thread was moved from General Religion to
Christian Singles, as the OP is Christian,
discussing same.

Therefore, posts were deleted from non-Christians.
Nothing against those posts, only that only Christians
can post in this particular forum.

It seems to me that the OP is referring to someone who expresses a Christian standard in public but a non-Christian standard in private.

Sadly, as creatures of flesh (both Humans and Melmacians), we Christians all miss the mark in our private lives. That is why we constantly need the Savior.

Im a christian. i try to live by gods way instead of my own. i do make mistakes but we all do. thats what praying is for. If your referring to people being rude , i try to treat everyone the way i wish to be treated. yes i laugh at stupid things people post but i try not to be overly rude . i hope this helps? Since im not sure what the purpose of the thread was.

The secret thing belongs to the Lord, & the revealed belongs to us human being. If we judge as we see, then we are wrong because we do not know the inward and the outward appearance of what we see.
We are warned severally in the scripture to fear God, and keep His commandments: for this is the whole duty of man. For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or it be evil (Ecclesiastes 12:13 & 14).

Matthew 13:24. Another parable put he forth unto them, The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seeds n his field:
25. But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way.
26. But when the blade was sprung up, and brought forth fruit, then appeared the tares also.
27. So the servants of the householder came and said unto him,Sir, didst not thou sow good sseed in thy field? from whence then hath it tares?
28. He said unto them, An enemy hath done this. The servants said unto him, Wilt thou then that we go and gather them up?
29. But he said, Nay; lest while ye gather up the tares, he root up also the wheat with them.
30. Let both grow together until theharvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundle to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn.
36. Then Jesus sent the multitude away, and went into the house: and his disciples came unto him, saying, Declare unto us the parable of the tares of the field.
37. He answered and said unto them, He that soweth the good seed is the Son of man;
38. The field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one;
39. The enemy that sowed them is the devil; the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels.
40. As therefore the tares are gathered and burned into the fire; so shall it be in the end of this world.
41. The Son of man shall sent forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity;
42. And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailling and gnashing of teeth.
43. Then shall the righteous shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.
