Ran my fastest 5K in the Wight Patterson AFB Marathon at the age of 48

Recently won 3 or 4 (lost track)Top Performance Awards in customer service at my job

I remained alive to tell about it after a divorce < probably my greatest accomplishment next to raising 3 wonderful sons

went tp college several times

I know how to construct 'Flat Packs'. (Successfully even)

for a small accomplishment..
my mothers battery died yesterday. in her vehicle.. so I went and bought her a new battery.. put it in her car..no... first I went to her. house which is on the other end of my city..
took the old battery out.. took it to the automotive store.. had them test.it.. yup needs to be charged.. ok call me when it's ready.. go back to work.... 5 hours later.. your batteries ready sir... ok go back across town...
to automotive store.. yes sir. your battery will no longer hold a charge you need a new one.. now 5 hours to tell me this..lol.. okay I buy a new battery.. take it to my moms install it in her car. turn it on it works.. all finished..NO... she called me this morning.. son my car doesn't start...hmm.. okay I'll be right over..
. spend 10 minutes retightening it looking over everything.. wont start..
Hmm..hmmmn...hmmm.. did not bring my battery tester... not that I know how to use it lol. take battery back to store... so sorry sir.. it rarely happens.. but we sold you a bad battery...hmm.. can I have a new one please and can you test this one first...lol... take it back.. install it.. it works...hmmm...hmmm.. . initially when this all began.. I did check her alternator.. it was not working... but being pressed for time.. I figured a new battery would last. for a day or two... until I could come and change it out... now she comes to me... Son while you're here.. can you change out that thingy majig... you mean the alternator mom... is that what its called.... yes mom I will change your alternator right now... back to the automotive store I go...

Raised my three kids on my own due to an absent dad (financially and physically absent). This was the hardest and most fulfilling accomplishment of my life.!

I saw a Golden Eagle fur shure this spring....eheh heh heh

and become a better than average birder who knows a little about it. That'a a pretty good accomplishment for me... and I climbed the full length of the trail at cemetery ridge in so ohio this year (7 hours) whew!

every job i step into im promoted within the year, from the bottom to Management in a range of industries
had two great kids
managed to **** all that up
accomplished 10 year depression lovely
nearly accomplished pulling myself out this hole woohoo

you sound educated enuff....school is not the only place you learn.....it helps of course but it takes a lot of discipline and time and not everyone has that kinda time :)
